Proportii

  • Mamaliga: 1:2 sau 1:3
  • Amaranth: 1:3, 20 min fierbere, înmuiat in prealabil
  • Quinoa(amară, se spală) , mei, orez, hrisca: 1:2. Se fierbe pana scade apa.
  • Cus-cus: 1:1
  • porridge: 195g lapte, 65g ovăz
